So often we put things together without ever considering how to take them apart.

So many Friday nights have been spent getting ready, negotiating plans, and venturing out for that fabled “night on the town.” 

The verb “to spiral” has come to refer to that feeling of frenzy or mania that strikes quickly and entirely consumes one’s attention.

I wish I could bottle this feeling, and take precious little whiffs of it on those nights when I consider scrolling or otherwise staying up too late.

I know that sleep is that one weird secret to feeling better, clearing your skin, sharper thinking, and better physical performance. I just don’t know why it seems to keep eluding me.

Without a detailed plan, a vision is just an aspiration.

The challenge I’ve been working to overcome is how to utilize A.I. for its marginal use cases while remaining distrustful of the overblown promises about its future applications.
