Corrective Change

If the only constant is change, then why are we so afraid of it? 

Logically, it’s because we perceive the new outcome as being lesser than our current situation.

Usually this is a hazy feeling though. We can’t really describe how we think we will be worse off. 

I’m trying to be more proactive about change, though.

I want to be clear-eyed and definitive about what isn’t working in the current situation.

Corrective change. Meaningful change.
