Sifting Through the Noise

Before you can formulate a strategy, you need to do your research.

What are your peers doing?

What are they doing that you like? What are you doing that you hate?

Where do you want to compete?

How will you define the boundaries of your market?

How can you scale?

How can you maximize your efforts to achieve the greatest impact? Is it through automation or workflows?

I’m kicking off a project this week.

It will be a while before it sees the light of day, but right now I’m weighing these questions.

I’m sifting through the noise to try and find the perfect chord to strike.
