Unnoticeable Progress

Sometimes the progress you can see isn’t linear.

It goes unnoticed, and then suddenly, all at once, the drastic results become visible. 

The tricky thing is keeping yourself motivated when it appears that nothing is working. 

That you’re stalling. 

That you’ve plateaued. 

It part determination, part faith. But you have to keep going. Every day.
