Like Everyday, Even Weekends?
Jerry Seinfeld needed to get in the habit of writing jokes.
Each day he successfully wrote jokes, he would mark an X on his calendar.
He decided to start writing jokes every day.
And after a while, those visual Xs become a chain that snaked across his calendar, a visual marker of slow, steady progress. Productivity hackers call this the "Seinfeld Strategy" but that's a little precious.
For Seinfeld, his commitment to consistency was built on a simple premise: "Don't Break the Chain".
I'm attempting to blog every day. Like everyday. Even weekends.
