Just Another Ploy

People hate excuses because they are inherently dishonest. 

When you say you’re too busy to see your friends, you’re lying about how you prioritize your time. 

When you claim that there’s no time to work on your passion project because you have to earn a living, you’re lying about the amount of free time you have and how you really want to spend it. 

The reason it’s important to stop making excuses is because it’s important to stop lying. 

Both to others, and to yourself.
