Process Supremacy

When you’re developing a set of processes and systems for your business (ok, and your life), it can be easy to fall into the trap of thinking that your way is the best way.

But establishing processes is about first figuring out what you need from a work routine - what is the necessary outcome, what info do you need to capture, etc.

It’s not about discovering the most supreme or most popular way of getting things done.

Somebody else may thrive with a completely different process.

Have the humility to accept that. And maybe learn from it.
